Discovery Education Streaming Video is in over
70,000 schools in the United States.
However, it was not in any DC public schools until September 2006, the Fall Semester at the KIPP Public Charter Schools, when it was introduced by Wired Education. It was a first and now 28 other Public Charter Schools are utilizing Discovery Education Streaming, with six more in the process of having it installed.
